As Team Automatons, we showcased our in-house developed solutions and gained valuable feedback from industry professionals. Attending ROSCon India 2025 was an inspiring two-day journey into the evolving ROS and ROS 2 ecosystem, filled with deep technical insights and real-world applications. The conference brought together researchers, startups, industry leaders, and students, fostering meaningful discussions on robotics architecture, perception, scalability, and emerging middleware technologies. Live robot demonstrations and startup-focused sessions offered valuable exposure to innovation and investment perspectives in deep-tech robotics. Grateful for the learnings, connections, and inspiration to apply these insights in future robotics projects.




An exhibition was organized by the collegiate clubs to introduce first-year students to the diverse technical, cultural, and professional clubs on campus. The event provided an excellent platform for FY students to explore club activities, ongoing projects, and opportunities for skill development. Interactive stalls and engaging demonstrations helped students gain clarity about their interests and avenues for involvement. Overall, the exhibition played a key role in encouraging participation, collaboration, and holistic growth from the very beginning of college life.


The MSME Defence Exhibition 2024 served as a dynamic platform highlighting innovation, indigenous manufacturing, and advanced technologies in the defence sector. The exhibition brought together MSMEs, industry experts, policymakers, and innovators to explore collaboration and vendor development opportunities. It offered valuable insights into defence requirements, emerging technologies, and the growing role of MSMEs in strengthening India’s self-reliant defence ecosystem.

The National Science Day College Exhibition celebrated scientific curiosity, innovation, and research-driven thinking among students. The event provided a platform to showcase creative projects, experiments, and technological solutions across diverse domains of science and engineering. It encouraged knowledge sharing, interdisciplinary learning, and inspired students to explore the impact of science on society and national development.

A robotics workshop was organized at the rural school to introduce students to the basics of robotics, coding, and automation. Through hands-on activities, students learned to build and program simple robots, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and an interest in STEM education.
The Mentoring FTC Workshop provided hands-on experience with additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping. Participants learned about 3D modeling, printing processes, and material selection to transform designs into physical objects. The workshop encouraged creativity, innovation, and practical understanding of modern manufacturing technologies.

The BXE Arduino Workshop offered a practical introduction to embedded systems and microcontroller-based development. Participants gained hands-on experience with Arduino programming, circuit design, and real-time hardware interfacing. The workshop strengthened foundational concepts while encouraging innovation, problem-solving, and application-oriented learning.

The Quadruped Introduction Workshop provided an engaging overview of legged robotic systems and their real-world applications. Participants learned about quadruped robot mechanics, control concepts, and basic locomotion principles through interactive sessions. The workshop sparked interest in advanced robotics while building a strong foundation in modern robotic mobility systems.

The Sensor Interfacing Workshop focused on understanding and implementing various sensors used in modern electronic and robotic systems. Participants gained hands-on experience in connecting, calibrating, and reading data from sensors using microcontrollers. The workshop enhanced practical knowledge of real-time data acquisition and its role in intelligent system design.

The Pneumatic Systems Workshop introduced participants to the principles and applications of pneumatic technology in industrial automation. The session covered components, circuit design, and working mechanisms through practical demonstrations. It provided valuable insights into how pneumatic systems are used for efficient, safe, and reliable automation solutions.

The Microcontroller Workshop offered a hands-on introduction to programming and interfacing microcontrollers for real-world applications. Participants explored core concepts such as digital I/O, communication protocols, and peripheral integration. The workshop strengthened embedded systems fundamentals while encouraging practical problem-solving and innovation.
